Providing quality theatrical performances for over 53 years, the Community Playhouse, Inc. is one of the oldest community theatres in Middle Tennessee.  Located at the historic South Jackson Civic Center (SJCC) in Tullahoma, TN, the Playhouse offers Coffee, Franklin, Moore, Bedford County, and other area residents a variety of opportunites to act, sing, dance, and to create technical illusions through staging, lighting, costuming, and make-up.  Our volunteers serve in many capacities to bring live theatre to people of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

Lights, Camera, Shakespeare!  It's 1934, & Shakespeare's most famous fairies "Oberon" & "Puck", have magically appeared on the Warner Bros. Hollywood set of "A Midsummer Night's Dream".  Instantly smitten by the show biz glitz & glamour, they are ushered onto the silver screen to play themselves. With the help of a feisty flower, blonde bombshells, movie moguls & others are tossed into loopy love triangles with raucous results.
